We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and project details when you contact us or engage our services. We also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, browser type) through our hosting provider.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to communicate about projects, deliver services, send invoices, and improve our offerings. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Client and project data is currently stored on infrastructure located in the European Union (AWS eu-west-3), managed through Supabase. We chose EU hosting for its data protection standards while AZ Cloud is under development. As AZ Cloud regions come online, we will offer clients the option to migrate their data to African infrastructure, and we will notify affected clients before any change in storage location. We retain project data for the duration of the client relationship and as required for legal compliance.
4. Cookies
Our sites use essential cookies for authentication and security. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data is anonymized and does not identify individual users.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days as required by applicable law.
